I took a date for a pash at the Grand View Park once - I made him work for it though. This place has the perfect panoramic view of SF! Be warned, the park is small but fierce, to grab the best view you'll have to hike it over a few obstacles. At least you know when you get up there there's little chance you'll be interrupted.
