Go for a Paddle at Jack's Boathouse. The price is $25 for a 2 person kayak plus a locker rental. Paddle around Roosevelt Island, it's very scenic with you'll get a great view of the Lincoln Memorial, Georgetown University Campus and the Washington monument. A nice way to enjoy a fun date.
