Art lovers should take their date to the San Antonio Museum of Art. They have an amazing exhibit of Roman artifacts and modern art. They also have Mesoamerican and Latin American collections, including a huge number of figurines from Maya and Inca, many 16th century and later masks, religious icons, sculptures, pottery and paintings. Admission is $8 for adults.
