Dine at Scup's In the Harbor. The location of this place is pretty neat and it is surrounded by amazing sculptures. Their menu is truly unique and offers items such as BLTs with homegrown cherry tomatoes and thick slices of real bacon, good hotdogs, empanadas and fresh mint iced tea. There is an outdoor seating that has an exceptional view of Boston proper. Spend around $5-9 a meal.
