Skate at National Gallery of Art Sculpture Garden & Ice Rink. Great throughout all seasons. It's pretty cheap ($7 gets you 2 hours of skating, $3 skate rental, and a $5 locker charge that gets refunded to you). I love night skating - skating under lights is the best!
